No. I said that I want fun in MY movies (the movies which I watch) I personally don't care if you watch Human Centipede all day. And you people are beginning to act like little 9 year old fanboys. What you wanted my top 5 to be: Amour, Amour, Amour, Amour, Amour?
Definetly agree ! Jennifer lawrence is ok but an oscar winning one i hated the oscars this year.
If an artist like Haneke makes a film for us to see, he isn't showing us something he doesn't want us to see. It interests him, and bringing it out for us to bear witness, may allow us to have opinions about it but, the moment it's put in front of us. how is that not a manipulation? There may be a viewer who was never interested in a certain topic, then sees a film in which he didn't realize how much he should've been interested in it. How can that happen without the manipulative elements-or craft- of storytelling? Haneke of all artists should know that. I got the fourth wall breaking elements, the lack of redemption, ect. Though the reason I find it manipulative is because of how it condemns the audience of violent entertainment through the most underhanded techniques. It simplifies the ways in which audiences approach violence in media, this type of simplistic thinking can also be seen throughout the interview. I will accept Haneke's moralizing when he elevates above that which he is condemning or when he gives some nuance.
How would he be a monster? interesting. http://eramsenbols.parsiblog.com/Posts/1/Prime+Video+directors+James+Oswald+I%5cve+Got+Levitation+losmovies/ La Grande Cinema. Bellissimo film, anzi molto più che bellissimo. e Roma ne fa da sfondo. Sennasido.parsiblog.com/Posts/1/Flea+USA.
An overwhelming feeling of despair sent me here. I want to find out real life in my own life not in movies. In the virtual world I want an escape from the real world. Where the impossible is possible. April and justin sent me here.
This movie sticks with you. Be patient, watch, enjoyDeeply melancholic. This movie sucked balls, just a bunch of bohemian hipsters complaining about how their lifes are so complicated and movie was interesting enough to watch till the end but it was not the best european movie of 2013 in my opinion. The hunt, The Broken Circle Breakdown and Blue Is the Warmest Color were way better movies than this piece of sh... I mean pizza. LOL. I wish more of jean luc goddard's bio movie with anna karina instead rather than anne wiazemsky. Michael Haneke is in my mind the best foreign filmmaker working today. Cache was great and The White Ribbon is a masterpiece.
